A Year of Growth, Gratitude, and Impact

As we reflect on the past year at From Page to Stage Productions, one word rises above all others: community. Every rehearsal, performance, class, camp and outreach program was fueled by people who believe in the power of the arts to educate, inspire, and bring people together. This year was a remarkable chapter in our story—and one we are proud to share.

Powered by Volunteers

Our mission would not be possible without the extraordinary dedication of our volunteers. This year alone, our community contributed over 10,000 volunteer hours—time spent planning, directing, teaching, building sets, sewing costumes, mentoring young performers, and supporting audiences. These hours represent passion, generosity, and a shared belief that theatre belongs to everyone.

Community Investment in the Arts

The support we received from individuals and institutions speaks volumes about the value our community places on inclusive arts education. We saw a record number of individual supporters bringing in:

  • $19,000 in individual donations from patrons, families, and supporters

  • $20,000 in grant funding, helping us expand access and dream bigger

Every dollar invested helped us remove barriers, create opportunities, and ensure that participation in the arts remains accessible to all. We look forward to using this investment from our community to grow programming and expand our reach.

Programs That Reached Hundreds

This year, nearly 250 actors participated across 14 unique programs, ranging from youth and teen productions to community performance opportunities. Each program was designed to nurture creativity, build confidence, and foster collaboration—onstage and off.

Performances That Brought Stories to Life

Across the year, we presented 21 performances, welcoming audiences of all ages to experience live theatre created by local artists. From first-time performers stepping into the spotlight to seasoned actors honing their craft, each production celebrated storytelling at its best.

Expanding Our Reach

Growth this year wasn’t limited to our mainstage programs. We proudly:

  • Established a traveling troupe, bringing theatre beyond traditional venues and directly into the community. Performances included a presentation at the Maple Valley Parks & Rec Summer Camp and the Covington Library. We look forward to bringing theater to more venues in the future.

  • Launched a pop-up preschool program in partnership with the Covington Library, introducing our youngest learners to the magic of storytelling, movement, and imaginative play

These initiatives reflect our commitment to meeting our community where they are and planting the seeds of creativity early.

Looking Ahead with Gratitude

This year of success belongs to our volunteers, donors, artists, partners, and audiences. Because of you, From Page to Stage Productions continues to grow as a place where stories are shared, voices are valued, and creativity thrives.

As we look toward the coming year, we do so with gratitude for what we’ve accomplished together—and excitement for what’s still to come. Thank you for being part of our journey.
